^30 (A)as I swore to you by the Lord, the God of Israel, saying, ‘Solomon your son shall reign after me, and he shall sit on my throne in my place,’ even so will I do this day.”

⁹ Behold, a son shall be born to you who shall be a man of rest. ^(A)I will give him rest from all his surrounding enemies. ^(B)For his name shall be Solomon, and I will give peace and quiet to Israel in his days.
