7 They betrayed the Lord;(A)
indeed, they gave birth to illegitimate children.(B)
Now the New Moon(C) will devour them
along with their fields.(D)
8 Blow the ram’s horn in Gibeah,(E)
the trumpet in Ramah;(F)
raise the war cry in Beth-aven:(G)
Look behind you,[a] Benjamin!(H)
9 Ephraim will become a desolation(I)
on the day of punishment;(J)
I announce what is certain
among the tribes of Israel.(K)
