Isaiah 10:21-23

²¹ A remnant will return [Shear-jashub, name of Isaiah’s son], a remnant of Jacob, to the mighty God.

²² For though your population, O Israel, be as the sand of the sea, only a remnant of it will return [and survive]. The [fully completed] destruction is decreed (decided upon and brought to an issue); it overflows with justice and righteousness [the infliction of just punishment].^(A)

²³ For the Lord, the Lord of hosts, will make a full end, whatever is determined or decreed [in Israel], in the midst of all the earth.
