Isaiah 30:17-19
1599 Geneva Bible
17 A thousand as one shall flee at the rebuke of one: at the rebuke of five shall ye flee, till ye be left as a ship mast upon the [a]top of a mountain, and as a beacon upon an hill.
18 Yet therefore will the Lord wait, that he may have [b]mercy upon you, and therefore will he be exalted, that he may have compassion upon you: for the Lord is the God of [c]judgment. Blessed are all they that wait for him.
19 Surely a people shall dwell in Zion, and in Jerusalem: thou shalt weep no more: he will certainly have mercy upon thee at the voice of thy cry: when he heareth thee, he will answer thee.
